Booking process

1 ENQUIRY

We begin my learning about your style, inspiration, colour palette, venue, guest count, and other key information.

2 CONSULTATION

During a video call, we will review the first proposal of ideas together. This is an opportunity to clarify details and finalise the floral arrangements and designs that perfectly reflect your style and vision.

3 PROPOSAL

Following the consultation, we will send you a finalised design, detailed proposal, and a formal quote for you to review.

4 BOOKING

To secure your date, we require a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost. The remaining balance is due six weeks prior to the event.

5 VENUE MEETING

We will schedule a visit to the venue to assess the space, ensuring every detail is carefully planned and aligned with your vision for the event day.

6 FINAL STAGE

A follow-up meeting will take place four weeks before the event to review and confirm all arrangements, ensuring everything is perfect for your special day.
